Dr. Monte Shinkle, Senior Pastor
Bro Monte has been Senior Pastor at Concord Baptist Church for over 17 years during which time the church has experienced substantial growth in attendance, influence. He is known widely as an uncompromising biblical preacher with a ministry that extends beyond the local church through Take Heart radio and TV broadcasts. He is a frequent revival preacher. Monte and his wife Betty have four grown children and are spirited Kentucky Wildcat fans.
Rev. Peter Livingston, Executive Pastor
Pete and his wife Debbie came to Concord in August of 2006 from Oklahoma City. With them came their 4 youngest children; Joshua, Lily, Elijah and Noah. Leaving Oklahoma City, where they had been for 14 years and where Pete had transitioned from corporate CEO to ministry was not in their plans but they are certain it was in God’s plan. While in Oklahoma the marriage ministry – Radically Married – began and then took them around the world in seminars and counseling. The Livingstons have been blessed to be a part of the Southern Baptist Convention’s “Kingdom Family” emphasis as their personal ministry interests are in seeing marriages and families become the powerful, fulfilling relationship that God intended them to be. Now they bring that passion and call to mid-Missouri through the ministry of Concord Baptist Church. Pete is an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan (alum) and Debbie is an avid Oklahoma Sooner fan.
Rev. Mark Meyers, Worship Leader
Mark and Amy Meyers have been in ministry for over 6 years. They have a passion for leading people in worship and a desire to see God’s people make a difference in the Jefferson City area and across the world. “I have a, “rejoice in the Lord always”, approach to ministry. I want people to see the joy of the Lord in me and I want that to be contagious.” They, along with their 3 children, Selah (5), Lincoln (3) and Bennett (5 month old beautiful little girl!), desire to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth, and want to see people meet with Jesus!
Rev. Kevin Hall, Young Adult Pastor
My wife Sandy and I have been married for twenty years. We have four beautiful girls: Kalee, Kara, Kaitlyn, and Klaire our two year old. My first full time youth ministry position out of Southwestern semiary was in 1994 in Tennessee. Since then I have served in Kentucky, back in Tennessee and now here in Missouri at Concord as the Minister to Young Adults which includes ages 13 to 30. God has truly blessed us throughout the years with many friends in each place God has planted us. I believe in having a 7 year ministry strategy for discipling students through Sunday School, Missions and Discipleship Events such as summer camp, DNows, lock-ins, winter retreats, and a variety of other ministry opportunities. Leadership development is at the core of our ministry We strive to develop leaders at all ages which includes, students, parents, and volunteers. 
Rev. Joshua McGuire
Josh, his wife Jana, and their son Owen came to Concord in June of 2010. Josh is a graduate of Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, Tennessee. He serves as the overseer of the “Tower” ministry at Concord, and he also helps coordinate the evangelistic events of the church. The burning desire of Josh’s ministry is, first, to glorify God in all things and, second, to make world-visionary, world-impacting, reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ. Josh also fills the pulpit when time permits at Concord, and he is committed to expository preaching. The focus verse of Josh’s ministry is 2:Timothy 2:2 “The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
