recognize parents as their child’s primary spiritual leader and are
blessed to join them on this spiritual journey. Each week we offer a variety
of age-appropriate programs for preschool through 5th grade children. Our
teachers have a heart for children and work diligently to teach Biblical
truths in a fun, loving, and caring environment. We look forward to knowing

| At Concord Baptist Church we recognize the importance of providing a preschool environment where children are cared for in a safe, loving environment. We understand the importance of early Bible teaching that lays a foundation for spiritual growth. Our teachers are provided a curriculum that respects children’s growth and development in all areas of development including spiritual development. A background check is done on all of our preschool teachers and paid child care workers. Our teachers are given health and safety procedures to follow and participate in on-going training activities. Preschool Security System. In order for us to provide the safest, and most secure environment for your little ones, we ask that parents help us in the following ways: >>>>>Stop at the desk and complete a security label. The information on the label will help us locate you if the need arises. Parents are asked to watch the “number boards” when in the Worship Center. If your child’s number is displayed, please return to your child’s classroom. When returning to pick up your child, present your portion of the security label. >>>>>We ask that one parent escort the child to the classroom door, knock softly on the door and wait for a teacher to answer. When you return to pick up your child, please use the same procedure. This procedure avoids congestion in the classroom and minimizes disruption of activities in progress. |

| Preschool Health and Safety Guidelines: To provide the most safe and healthy environment possible, the following hygiene practices are followed: >>>>>Cribs and toys are cleaned with disinfectant before, during and after each session. Teachers wear gloves when diapering and cover changing surfaces with disposable sheets. >>>>>Children who are or appear ill should not attend church. If you child experiences any of the following symptoms please keep him/her home until they fully recovered:

| Preschool Sunday Morning Bible Study classes for preschool children are offered at 8:00, 9:15 and 10:45. Preschoolers are taught Biblical concepts and truths in a safe, fun and loving environment. Parents are encouraged to leave their young preschoolers in class during Bible Study and Worship. Pre-K and Kindergarten children attend Sunday School and join their parents in worship. Preschool welcome centers are available in the East and West Halls to assist parents in locating the right class for their child. |

| Preschool Concord Kids is our mid-week program offered each Wednesday from 6:15 – 7:45 for our PreK and Kindergarten Children. Preschool Concord Kids meet on the 3rd floor. The purpose of Concord Kids is to provide a fun, exciting, hands-on program that is designed to take children to a deeper level in loving God and loving people. Preschool Concord Kids includes music, games, Bible Stories, crafts and an awards program. Children are given a Concord Kids t-shirt, backpack and notebook for collecting Concord Kids trading cards. | ||
| Preschool Choir is offered on Sundays from 4:45 – 5:45 in room 107 for ages 4 through Kindergarten. Children use music to learn about God and how to respond to Him in our daily lives. | ||
| MOPS - The purpose of MOPS is to nurture every mother of preschoolers by meeting her distinct needs to the glory of Jesus Christ. MOPS is a wonderful group of mothers who all have preschoolers. They meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. during the school year. Biblical principles are presented on how to be a better mom, wife, and friend. There are always yummy snacks, fun crafts, inspiration, fellowship, support, and much more. Child care is provided in our Moppets program. For more information, contact the church office. |

| Bundles of Blessings ministers to Concord families who have just had a baby. A basket of goodies and meals are provided to the family of a newly born baby. Contact the church office for information on registering your family. |

| It is our hearts desire to see children develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and begin to grow in that relationship. Children are taught using curriculum that reflects a growing understanding of spiritual truths. A background check is completed on all teachers and regular teacher training opportunities are provided. Sunday Morning Bible Study for Children is offered at 8:00, 9:15 and 10:45. Visitors are asked to check in at the Children’s Welcome Center on 2nd floor. During this time of Bible Study children learn about God’s love and His plan for our lives through Bible Study and a variety of activities including scripture memorization, games and music. |

| Bible Drill is an opportunity for children in 4th – 6th grade to memorize and hide God’s word in their heart through intense memorization of scripture, books of the Bible, and key Bible passages. Children have the opportunity to participate in drills at the church, association and state level. Bible Drill meets each Wednesday from 5:30 – 6:15 in room 50. | ||
| Children’s Choir is offered on Sundays from 4:45 – 5:45 in the lower level for children in 1st – 5th grade. Children use music to learn about God and how to respond to Him in our daily lives. | ||
